Are the glasses suitable for daily wear?
Yes. They are lightweight, ergonomically designed, and built for comfort during long use — suitable for business, travel, and outdoor activities.
Do I need an app to use the glasses?
You can connect via Bluetooth and access additional features through the Coreida companion app, available for both iOS and Android.
Shipping & Orders
How long does shipping take?
Standard processing time is 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days depending on your region and chosen shipping method.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package in real-time.
What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
Please contact our support team at support@yourstore.com within 7 days of receiving your package, including photos of the damaged product. We’ll assist with a replacement or refund.

What is your return policy?

Do you provide warranty for smart glasses?
Yes, all Coreida Smart Glasses include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Damage from misuse or unauthorized repair is not covered.
Technical & Usage
How do I charge the glasses?
Use the included magnetic charging cable. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours and provides up to 8–10 hours of use depending on activity.
Are the glasses water-resistant?
Yes, they are designed with an IPX4 water-resistant rating, suitable for light rain and sweat, but not for full immersion.
Can I record video while cycling?
Absolutely. The built-in 1080p camera allows you to record your rides hands-free with voice command or one-touch control.
